Shirley Vincent, Ph.D. serves as the external evaluator for BROADN. She is the principal and owner of Vincent Evaluation Consulting and has extensive experience in project evaluation and research that informs and facilitates decision-making and policy-making processes. Her expertise includes research on interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary higher education and research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative social science research methodologies and advanced statistical methods.
